Day Four Ends Our Bike Tour

The weather was beautiful today. It reached the high 80F but biking on along the canal in the shade we did ok for ourselves . The views we just as magnificent as yesterday. But this time we made a few friends. One jocular group of Frenchman, A couple of Germans and an English couple. Sorry no pictures of them . We did have one confusing moment on the trail where two canals met with a river, a lock and a train track. The shortcut was to walk our bikes over the bridge for the train track and hope that it wasn't during the same moments the train needed the tracks! If you didn't take the track you had to take a long road detour. We took our chances and made it across safely. Today was also a day of passing by many a chateau.

After our siesta we are heading for dinner in Narbonne.
